Administrator (Leakage Support) - Exeter

Job Title: Administrator, Leakage Support.

Location: Exeter.

Hours: 37 per week.

Salary: Competitive + company benefits (pension, share scheme, employee assistance).

Job Purpose:

To provide clerical and administrative support to the Leakage team to enable effective day-to-day delivery of network tasks.

Core Duties & Key Responsibilities:

o Monitor Leakage Inboxes and work flow queues and assist in dealing with leakage detection and supply pipe related jobs and queries.
o Deal with leakage administration requests including: purchase orders, ordering materials and consumables, organising venues for meetings and organising catering when required.
o Further Work Order authorisation for field created jobs using Work Order create tool and Work Order authorisation tool.
o Maintain effective communication with the customer leakage team. This includes maintaining diaries and work schedules for area, recording key events, recording key objective deadlines.
o Taking minutes of meetings as and when required. Meetings may be at various venues across the operational area and there will be occasional requirement to travel to other sites within the area.
o Complete data entry for work programming, reporting and performance management using Company software.
o Liaise with relevant teams such as leakage process and leakage optimisation team to provide support when needed and maintain effective communication.
o Support the leakage delivery team in achieving the annual leakage target
o Maintain effective administrative records relating to all leakage activities for the area.
o Run routine and ad hoc reports as directed by area Management Team and distribute as required.
