Sales and Marketing Administrator
Manchester


RPS has a fantastic opportunity for a Business Support Advisor to join the Telemarketing Team in Manchester.

This is a pivotal position within the Telemarketing team as the role will support the Services Division Sales teams in the provision of qualified leads, generating sales reports, operating our Livechat system in addition to general administrative support.


About the role
There will be daily liaison with clients and prospects of RPS and so it is essential that the role holder can perform all their duties in a professional and time effective manner, communicating knowledgably, both verbally and in writing. As an integral part of the team, you will gain an understanding of the services provided by RPS and you will be committed to delivering high levels of customer care at all times, occasionally being prepared for travel within the UK & Ireland at short notice and sometimes outside of normal working hours in-line with business objectives.

Main Duties of the role will involve:
- Researching potential clients to target for campaigns
- Maintaining quality data in the in-house CRM database
- Generating campaign reports outlining the success / failures
- Making outbound calls to clients / prospects to identify key contacts for list qualification
- Accepting inbound enquiries, gathering information and distributing to relevant teams
- Creation of weekly / monthly sales reports for business streams
- To act as a Livechat agent, ensuring all chats are promptly answered and distributed to relevant teams
- Follow up and report on all enquiries from Livechat to show outcome
- Provide research assistance to other sales teams as and when required

About you
- Administrative background with excellent communication skills
- Competent use of the complete Microsoft package
- Experience in using a Livechat system would be ideal
- Experience of using social media marketing (LinkedIn) would be ideal
- Experience of using in-house CRM databases
- Be able to prioritise workload and work in a timely manor
- A proven and demonstrable track record of working in a telemarketing environment
- An ability to achieve demanding targets and deadlines
