Role: Operations Manager (England & Wales) - Wastewater Networks

Location: Clevedon, Bristol

Contract Type: Permanent, Full Time

RPS Water has an opportunity for an Operations Manager to be based from the Clevedon, Bristol office.
Reporting to the Wastewater Director, the Operations Manager will identify and develop business opportunities and ensure the safe, successful and profitable delivery of Wastewater Network commissions in England & Wales.

In this role you will have responsibility for the Wastewater Network commissions in England & Wales. This covers long term commissions including sewer flow monitoring, asset data collection, CCTV surveys, pollution investigation and water quality studies.

Candidate Specification:

- Successful track record in managing sophisticated service delivery agreements, in the UK Water Utilities sector
- Comprehensive knowledge of drainage and sewerage operations and management in UK Water Utilities
- Demonstrable fiscal success
- Business development success
- Intermediate user of the Microsoft Office suite of applications
- Excellent collaboration, negotiation and presentation skills
- Proven leadership and management success
- Successful track record in delivering compliance with externally accredited management systems
- Evidence of professional development of team members
