Job Title: Assistant Arboriculturalist

Location: Milton Keynes area

Type: Full-time, permanent

RPS is an established provider of arboricultural professional and technical support services to the private sector, local and central government.

We work with our clients by providing expert advice on tree and woodland related issues to ensure that they clearly understand the impacts of trees within the planning system.

RPS Milton Keynes are seeking to recruit an Assistant Arboriculturalist on a full-time basis to support the team in delivering arboricultural services throughout the country.

Duties/Responsibilities:

? Undertake tree surveys in accordance with BS5837:2012
? Contribute to and prepare Arboriculture Assessments and Method Statements
? Undertake arboriculture Clerk of Works duties on development sites
? Assist with data analysis, evaluation, report writing and project research

Skills, Experience and qualifications required:

? BS5837 tree surveys experience
? Experience in using AutoCAD and/or similar tree related software would be an advantage
? Tertiary level qualification in arboriculture or similar discipline
? UK driving license
? Competent user of the complete Microsoft package
? Ability to work as part of a team
? Ability to write clearly, concisely and formulate reports
