This is an exciting and dynamic opportunity for a CDM Principal Designer to develop and progress in an environment where your efforts and talent will be recognised?We can offer the right individual the opportunity to work on a diverse range of projects with Blue-Chip Developers through a friendly and vibrant team.

About the Role:

We are looking to reinforce our CDM Consulting team with an appointment of a Senior CDM Consultant who will act as a principal designer and provide a point of contact for CDM related advice. The role will be based in our Birmingham office, working and leading the CDM offer in the region within our company wide dedicated CDM team.

You will be involved with a range of projects including commercial, residential, industrial and infrastructure schemes where your health and safety construction knowledge will be used in the development of those projects.

Skills/Knowledge Required:

Excellent communication skills with a flexible approach
The ability to develop relationships with key stakeholders and clients
Extensive Health and Safety Construction background
Understanding of the design process and its relationship with site activities
Health and Safety qualifications such as NEBOSH General and Construction Certificate or NEBOSH Diploma.
Registered membership of Association of Project Safety preferred
TechIOSH, working towards Grad/CMIOSH or equivalent membership of a recognisable & professional HSE body
Working knowledge of the CDM Regulations; however, the company will supplement with additional training as required.
