Recruitment Administrator

Position: Recruitment Administrator
Type: 12 Month Fixed Term Contract
Based: Woking

RPS is looking for a Recruitment Administrator to join our growing UK & ROI Talent Acquisition Team. This role supports 5 TA?s based around the UK & Ireland. This is a varied and busy role and as well as your key duties, you?ll have the opportunity to support on a variety of projects that we have scheduled for 2020. We?re looking for a confident and friendly individual with strong admin and customer service skills. You?ll be someone who takes ownership of their role with a desire to be an integral part of the future success of our Team.

Key Responsibilities:

? Advertise vacancies on various job boards/social media
? Assist with scheduling of interviews
? Conduct candidate CV/profile searches on behalf of the Talent Acquisition Partners
? Log and maintain data/records relating to job/candidate/agencies etc in accordance with the current systems/databases
? Collate all relevant information for HR for official offer documentation to be sent out to the candidate
? Assist with the coordination of temporary staff requirements for the business
? Market research when required to assist recruiters with up to date trends, salaries, competitor information etc
? Collate and provide stats on number of vacancies/live vacancies for HR as required

Skills/Expertise Required
? A background working in a recruitment team would be beneficial but not essential
? Strong administration and organisational skills
? Excellent working knowledge of Word, Excel and Outlook
? Confident, great attention to detail, excellent communication skills
? Great customer service skills and the ability to work on a variety of tasks at any one time
