Account Manager

RPS Occupational Health is a leading provider of OH services, delivering extensive services to over 600 clients throughout the UK and Ireland since 1996. RPS OH have four main offices located in London, Mansfield, Ellesmere Port & Warrington, with a wider network of remotely based technical personnel throughout the UK and Ireland.

As an Account Manager you will work developing and enhancing customer relationships whilst promoting contract delivery to agreed key performance indicators/service level agreements.
You could be either home based or based from our Mansfield office. Regular travel throughout the East Midlands and to London is required.
The Account Manager will support in developing solutions to drive operational excellence within the contracts delivered whilst optimising speed, quality and cost of delivery.
This role will see you being a key link between the operations, administration and sales teams whilst liaising with other key internal and external stakeholders and providing oversight and support to the local clinical delivery teams.
Key Responsibilities
? Provide pro-active management of accounts as
? Ensure identified accounts meet the required KPIs + SLAs
? Support tender and presentations for managed accounts
? Increase revenue generated and identify cross-sell opportunities
? Identify underperforming accounts and implement interventions where appropriate
? Attend accounts review meetings and manage actions through to completion
? Undertake face to face meetings with clients
? Work with operational teams to ensure management information is completed within set deadline
? Support Customer Service Director with queries/complaints relating to customer accounts

Skills, experience and qualifications required:
? Driving License
? Previous experience in:
- customer relationship and negotiating skills
- producing high quality complex reports
- delivery of presentations in a commercial setting
- goal setting and prioritising actions in the working environment.
? Accurate and with strong attention to detail
? Ability to multi-task whilst prioritising workload against deadlines
? Excellent communication/inter-personal skills
? Competent in Microsoft Office Packages
? Prepared to travel and work from various client?s sites.
