In-house Recruiter (FTC 12 months)

Position: In-house Recruiter
Based: Woking, Surrey
Type of role: 12 month Fixed Term Contract

About the role:

RPS is looking for an experienced Recruiter to join the UK Internal Recruitment team based in Woking, Surrey. This role is a fixed term contract covering maternity leave for 12 months to start ideally in November.

You’ll work as part of a team of 6, supporting the business on sourcing candidates across various sectors in locations around the UK and taking them through the entire recruitment lifecycle.

We are looking for a candidate with previous experience of working in house or agency who is used to delivering a high level of quality service to clients and candidates.

Key Responsibilities:

• Create high calibre job adverts
• Complete briefing calls with stakeholders
• Check eligibility to work in the UK
• Liaise with HR and other relevant parties required at offer stage
• Log and maintain data/records relating to job/candidate/agencies etc in accordance with the current systems/databases
• Work with Hiring Managers (with support of Recruitment Manager) to ensure delivery of hard to fill roles by providing alternative solutions/ideas
• Liaise with Agencies when required

Skills, Experience and Qualifications required:
• A solid background and experience of recruiting within an agency or internal talent acquisition team
• Proven experience in candidate search and selection
• Experience of using Linked in Recruiter to directly source candidates
• Excellent oral and written communication skills
• Stakeholder and or client account management skills
• Able to multi-task whilst maintaining a high attention to detail
