Administrator - Poole

A fantastic new opportunity for an experienced Administrator to join our Poole office. This is a full time position but part time hours could be considered for the right candidate.

This is a growth role to support the wider administrative team and will see you working within the Energy Explosives Engineering Services (EES) division

Main Responsibilities:
• Able to manage daily workloads accordingly and the flexibility to respond to last minute travel and operational requirements.
• Working in a small team but within a fast-paced operational environment with duties to include (but not limited to):
o Answering telephone and forwarding calls and messages
o Assisting with logistics of project personnel and equipment
o Responsible for travel arrangements for contractors and staff i.e. hotels, flights etc
o Recording associate documentation, such as CVs, qualification certificates etc. and creating personnel files
o Maintain and updating Associate information and qualifications on Personnel CV information spreadsheet
o Preparation, proof-reading reports, proposals and project documents as required
o Checking subcontractor invoices and timesheets

Skills, experience and Qualifications required:
• Previous office base administrative experience
• Competent user of the complete Microsoft office package, to include PowerPoint. Office365 is desirable
• Aptitude to learn bespoke software systems
• Able to multi task and work within tight deadlines
• Excellent communication skills
• Flexible approach to all tasks and team
