Position: Legionella Consultant

Type: Permanent

Division: Health, Safety & Risk

Location: London (including occasional travel)

Our Health, Safety and Risk Division provides consultancy, due diligence and corporate services to commercial property owners and developers, financial institutions and commercial lenders, managing agents, property managers, industrial clients, local authorities and the wider public sector.


Overview of Role:

Reporting to the Operational Manager based at our London office. Part of a team of 12 consultants across the UK, providing a first-class consultancy service to our clients in both the private and public sector.

Key Responsibilities:

• Undertaking Legionella risk assessments and audits of all types of water system
• Undertaking indoor air quality audits
• Writing of technical reports
• Client presentations (PowerPoint etc)


Skills/Knowledge Required:

• Solid experience of undertaking legionella risk assessments of domestic water systems
• Good understanding of the legislation/guidance surrounding the control of the legionella bacteria
• Ability to work individually or as part of a larger team
• Excellent communication skills (both written and verbal is essential)
• Ability to be well organised with good time management
