About the Role
We are looking for an experienced strong leader to join us as Technical Director work winning and delivering projects in the residential and / or infrastructure highways sector, to complement our successful Civil Engineering team in Wolverhampton. We use AutoCAD and PDS / XP Site 3D Civils to produce our own designs to gain S104, S38, S278, S102 and S185 approvals and you/your team will also produce 3D ground modelling designs working on various development projects in residential and / or highways sectors across the UK. We actively encourage staff development so you will also manage, mentor and grow a small team of Engineers ensuring their work is delivered to the highest standard.

About You
Ideally you will be qualified to HNC or degree level in Civil Engineering and possess a wealth of experience in the design of roads and sewers and / or residential schemes developed from working within a multi-disciplinary team environment. Suitable candidates will be capable of producing WINDES calculations and pipe strength calculations, together with soakaway designs. You should also have experience of managing a small team of CAD Technicians overseeing their designs. You will demonstrate excellent communication skills, be capable of successfully engaging with both clients and local authorities.
