Administrator (part-time, 8 month contract)

Job title: Part time administrator
Location: Manchester (Salford Quays)
Duration: 8-month contract
Type of work: Part time (Mon – Fri, 9-15 or 10-16)

About the role:
The role of Administrator will see you based in our Manchester office, working alongside the senior administrator and reporting to the Commercial Manager.

Your main duties will include:

• Organise diaries, arrange meetings, travel arrangements, venues and refreshments
• Provide administrative support to Team
• Collate and organise reports (photocopying, binding, PDF etc)
• Maintain comprehensive filing system
• Answer the phone (taking messages and coordinating within the office)
• Assist with invoicing, inputting time-sheets and expenses on a weekly/monthly basis
• Responsible for ordering office supplies

The skills and experience you will need to have:
• Previous office-based administration experience
• Good customer service skills
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
• Efficiency, accuracy and attention to detail
• Self-motivated and willing to take initiative
• Aptitude to work without direct supervision
• Strong organisational skills
• Excellent IT skills including Excel, Word, Outlook, PowerPoint and Internet
