Administration Assistant - Chepstow

Job title: Administration Assistant
Location: Chepstow
Type: Permanent

The role of Administrator will see you based full time in our office in Chepstow, assisting and supporting the Explosives Engineering Services team.

Main Responsibilities:
• Booking of couriers, post, ordering stationery and vehicle hire.
• Making travel arrangements for contractors and staff.
• Proof-reading reports and proposals.
• Recording documentation.
• Assisting in QA within team, including internal audits.
• Meeting and greeting visitors.
• Filing invoices.
• Preparing project documentation such as safe systems of works and daily reports.
• Assisting / completion of PQQs, ITTS, RFPs.
• Recording of GDPR consents.

Skills and Qualifications required:
• Self-motivated and multi-tasking
• Attention to detail is essential, with a good eye for design layout and details
• Exceptional communication and organisational skills
• Knowledge of the complete Microsoft office and Adobe Acrobat
