£21000 to £23000 per annum

About the role
• Typing of letters, reports, specifications, memos etc for engineers.
• Management of Lift Department specification process
• Provide administrative support to Team
• Collate and organise reports (photocopying, binding, PDF etc)
• Maintain comprehensive electronic and paper filing systems
• Organise diaries, arrange meetings, travel arrangements, venues and refreshments
• Assist with invoicing, inputting timesheets and expenses on a weekly/monthly basis
• Responsible for ordering office supplies
• Health & Safety Admin
• QA procedures including:-
Training Register
Upkeep of Compliments and Complaints Register
Update and control of Technical Library

About You
Suitable candidates will have a good administrative background with an in-depth knowledge of Word (including the use of tables, styles and mail merge) and Excel (including basic formulas) as well as Outlook and PowerPoint. The ability to deal with a range of administrative tasks is essential as well as a confident telephone manner. Ideal candidates will be numerate and demonstrate good attention to detail as well as good time management skills. You should be highly motivated, possess good communication skills and the tenacity required to ensure all procedures and tasks are progressed to required deadlines.
