Operations Coordinator
Woking


RPS Energy | Training through the Nautilus Training Alliance (NTA) have a full-time opportunity for Operations Coordinator to be based from the Woking office.

As the Operations Coordinator you will be joining a team of operations support staff and geoscientists, who deliver classroom and field-based training in geosciences and engineering for the energy industry.

For this role you will be required to provide proactive and efficient assistance in the coordination of training course health and safety documentation, field course equipment, and supporting the technical and operations teams in the production of training material for classroom, field and online courses.

Main Responsibilities:
• Work closely with the UK based Technical Team to support preparation of field course health and safety documentation
• Prepare travel risk assessments for RPS staff and associates
• Coordinate the field equipment store (offsite), including provision of equipment, equipment audits and stock control
• Provide proactive and efficient assistance in the production of training material content and print coordination. To include formatting, corrections, drafting, document layout, creating print-ready files for manual production, maintain production logs, production tracking and production administration with external printers
• Support, where required, the generation of digital content for online training materials
• Support logistical preparation for a selection of our European-based training courses to include liaison with client companies, course participants, and support organisation of international travel & accommodation arrangements and course logistics worldwide
• Where appropriate, attend field training classes as logistics and field safety representative

Skills, experience and qualifications required
• Prior multiple task/project coordination experience
• Ability to work and deliver tasks within strict deadlines
• High attention to detail, to include a good eye for design layout and details
• Excellent communication and organisational skills
• Able to work independently and prioritise work duties effectively
• Knowledge of the complete Microsoft Package and Adobe Acrobat
• Willingness to travel and take part in field classes
Desirable
• Experience in digital content and production of printed material
• Understanding of health and safety documentation would be beneficial (not essential as training will be given)
• Knowledge of Adobe Creative Suite (specifically InDesign)
