Senior Project Manager (Water Division)

RPS Water operates throughout the UK covering Waste Management, Wastewater Groundwater, Flooding & Drainage

Within the Derby office a role is available for a Senior Project Manager to join the growing UK Water team.

This role will see you working alongside the Regional Director and Technical Managers to improve, develop and implement a project management strategy to offer to our clients, alongside being responsible for the development of a team

Main Responsibilities:
• Coordination of the financial management of numerous projects across large frameworks
• Programme management of large frameworks
• Resource management and forecasting
• Financial forecasting
• Client and stakeholder engagement and management
• Lead development and implementation of our future project management strategy
• Line management of a small team of project managers and assistant project managers

Skills, qualifications and experience required
• Degree qualified within an engineering or management subject
• Hold a Project Management qualification
• Prior experience of implementing and improving processes and strategies
• Extensive Project Management expeirnece and able to demonstrate a commercial understanding
• Competent user of the complete Microsoft office package
• Excellent written and communication skills
• Water industry experience is desired but not essential
