SharePoint Developer

Position: SharePoint Developer
Based: Abingdon
Type: Permanent, Full Time

RPS is going through an exciting period of transformation. We are looking for an experienced SharePoint Developer to work as part of a team developing and supporting SharePoint and migrating/upgrading existing applications to SP Online.

Key Responsibilities:

You’ll be involved in the full software development lifecycle including:

• Technical Design
• Designing and Implementing Code
• Testing/Deployment with internal clients
• Troubleshooting and investigation

Ideal Skills/Experience

• Proven experience in developing applications, web parts and master/layout pages for SharePoint Online
• Experience of working with the SharePoint Add-In/App model
• Good understanding of the SharePoint platform and capabilities (including SharePoint Framework (SPFx), CSOM, Site Designs) and scripting (JavaScript, jQuery)
• Good web applications development experience (C#/,, MVC,CSS,HTML5,SQL)
• Knowledge of troubleshooting SharePoint issues
• Development in a SharePoint environment for Reporting, Intranet and Document Management
• Experience with Central Administration, lists, content types, workflows etc.
• Familiarity with Azure Storage and Function
• Experience with other products in SharePoint ecosystems such as AvePoint, Metalogix, Sharegate, Quest etc.
