Tender Coordinator
Woking

As a Tender Coordinator based in Woking on a full-time basis, you will be an integral part of RPS Energy’s Sites division, which supports commercial clients and regulators across several markets including oil and gas, offshore renewables, ports and harbours, and coastal management.

Your role will be central to supporting a variety of our UK offices with all Tender coordination and administrative duties.

Main responsibilities for the role:
• Manage all project tender administration (to include follow up on quotations and raising P0’s)
• Coordinate and keep up to date all information within tender registrations portals
• Complete supplied and pre-qualification questionnaires
• Coordinate input from colleagues
• Ensure that all deadlines are met
• Sub-contractor liaison to gain relevant information required for tender
• Liaise with QHSE and Commercial where applicable
• Statistical analysis and regular reporting on tender results

Skills, Education and Qualifications required:
• Prior office based administrative experience
• Proficient with Microsoft office packages
• Ability to perform within strict deadlines
• Excellent attention to detail and time management skills
• Previous knowledge of proposals and tenders (both for creation and review) is desirable, but not essential.
