Administrator - Abingdon

RPS Transport Planning & Infrastructure team require and Administrator to join the administrative team on a full-time basis. This role will see you being based from our Abingdon office and reporting into the Office Manager for the team

Main responsibilities
• Provide administrative support to project related tasks ensuring that house style layouts are adhered to
• Invoicing, inputting timesheets and expenses on a weekly/monthly basis
• Organise diaries, arrange meetings, travel arrangements, venues and refreshments
• Collate and organise technical reports
• Maintain:
o an orderly filing system and up to date project list
o the conflict checking system
o approved suppliers list
o H&S equipment and PPE
o IMS and implement IMS procedures
o comprehensive filing system
o the archiving system
• Ordering office supplies
• Provide adhoc support to the Office Manager, team members and office reception as when required
• Updating training folder

Skills, experience and Qualifications required
• Previous office-based administration experience
• Excellent interpersonal, communication and customer service skills
• High attention to detail and able to multi task
• Competent with the complete Microsoft office package
