Graphics Specialist
London


RPS CgMs is the leading and largest independent heritage consultancy in the UK, our Central London office have an opportunity for an enthusiastic and well-motivated Graphics Specialist

Role outline
This role will see being responsible for assisting with producing graphic material for a growing UK wide Heritage team

Main responsibilities:
• Preparing various plans to illustrate reports using a mix of AutoCAD, ArcMap and Adobe Design software
• Working with site plans, site photographs, CAD data, Lidar data, historical maps and geotechnical and topographical information
• Preparing PDF documents and plans for client issue
• Preparing and printing scaled drawings, including plans for archaeological fieldwork
• Maintaining/updating graphics software templates if required
• Provide office-based general graphic support to the wider team

Skills, Qualifications and experience required:
• Prior working knowledge of the:
o complete Microsoft package
o AutoCAD
o Esri ArcMap (GIS Software)
• Competent within Maths and English
• Strong written and oral communication skills
• Excellent time and workload management
• Ability to produce high quality drawing and present graphical information accurately
• Able to work within tight deadlines
• Desirable skills - Adobe Design software (InDesign/Illustrator/Photoshop). Previous graphic based production experience in the heritage sector
