Administrator Edinburgh (part time)

Position: Part Time Administrator
Based: Edinburgh
Hours: 2 days per week (Monday & Friday)
We are looking for an experienced Administrator to join our Edinburgh office on a part time basis on Mondays and Fridays.
Your main duties will include:

• Provide high quality and pro-active administrative support to the Ecology Team in Scotland, covering project management, business development and tendering
• Assist with invoicing, inputting timesheets and expenses on a weekly/monthly basis
• Organise diaries, arrange meetings, travel arrangements, venues and refreshments
• Collate and organise reports (photocopying, binding, PDF etc)
• Organise and maintain comprehensive systems for equipment registration and maintenance, electronic and paper library resources and filing
• Answer the phone (taking messages and coordinating within the office)
• Responsible for ordering office supplies

The skills and experience you will need to have:
• Previous office-based administration experience
• Excellent customer service skills
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
• Efficiency, accuracy and attention to detail
• Self-motivated and willing to take initiative
• Aptitude to work without direct supervision
• Strong organisational skills
• Excellent IT skills including Excel, Word, Outlook, PowerPoint and Internet
