Job Title: Administrator

RPS has a career opportunity for an Administrator to join our team in our Cork office. The ideal candidate will support all company business units in general administration and in the coordination / preparation of high quality submission documents.

The Ideal Candidate
• Business Administration Certificate or similar secretarial course;
• A minimum of three years’ experience working in an engineering/construction administrator role, or similar experience, would be an advantage.
• Knowledge of tendering and procurement would be an advantage;
• Previous experience of working within an administration team setting;

The Role
• Coordinating and preparing tenders for projects, from small scale industries to government and public bodies. Developing materials to support bids;
• Conducting quality conformance checks;
• Carrying out general administrative duties and
• Reception cover.

Key Requirements
• Expert in Microsoft Word and Excel;
• Strong organisational skills;
• Excellent typing skills;
• Professionally presented with excellent customer service skills;
• Strong written and verbal communications skills;
• Experience in preparing successful bids or proposals would be an advantage;
• The ability to work well under pressure, to strict deadlines, is essential;
• A high level of attention to detail.
