About the Role We are looking for a Graduate Engineer to complement the Water Infrastructure Team in our Belfast office working on large scale projects in both the public and private sector. This role provides the suitable candidate with the opportunity to be involved from concept to completion of projects, collaborating with other teams. Whether it be large scale waste water treatment works or new sewer pipelines for Northern Ireland Water or drainage infrastructure work for new developments, such as Titanic Quarter, this is a challenging role that will provide you with the opportunity to work independently, using your 3D design and project management skills to research requirements, share knowledge, meet with clients and other teams to ensure projects are delivered effectively from start to finish. Support and mentoring is also provided to help you achieve Chartered status, along with a recognised training plan. About You Ideally you will be degree qualified (preferably in Civil Engineering) or equivalent and suitable candidates will possess excellent technical and project management skills ideally gained within a consultancy environment. You should demonstrate the ability to work independently on site and as part of a team sharing your knowledge and lessons learned. A confident and inquisitive manner is important as you will be investigating and researching projects, undertaking site surveys and meeting with clients and operational staff for progress updates. Suitable candidates will have excellent report writing and communication skills and enjoy working independently as well as within a collaborative team environment.
