Office Manager (Temp-Temp-Perm)

You will be managing the administration function with the Office. The role will see you working closely with the Operational Director and other Business Leaders to deliver business plan and office objectives.

We are considering applicants on a temporary, temp-perm and permanent basis.

Main Responsibilities:

Coordinating the monthly management accounts processes for the office, including:
Ordering of goods and services.
Liaison with the Group Finance team and the HR Department, including preparation of data for the monthly payroll, expenses and overtime.
Complete the paperwork/process for all new employee’s
General office management (eg. ordering stationery, organising cleaning contactors, building maintenance, ordering office furniture/equipment, liaison with landlord/managing agent)
Producing monthly reports for costs
Experience/Skills Required:

Demonstrable experience in a similar office management role
Experience of invoicing
Good knowledge of Excel skills as well as a good all-round level of IT literacy
Highly organised with a strong attention to detail
Excellent communication skills with the confidence to liaise at all levels and with customers
Pro-active, highly organised and able to work calmly in a fast-paced, deadline driven environment
