Administration Manager

Job Title Administration Manager

Location: Ellesmere Port

Type: Permanent (Full-Time)

Job Overview:

You will work closely with the Operational Manager and other Business Leaders in the delivery of the Business Plan and office objectives. Managing the Administration and Reception Department at Ellesmere Port and associated offices.

Key Responsibilities Include:

• Line management of the administration and reception team
• Overseeing the processes for employee time recording and expenses
• Coordinating monthly management accounts and invoicing.
• Liaison with the Group Finance team and the HR Department, including preparation of data for the monthly payroll.
• Providing management information and reports
• Development of processes and procedures
• Some facilities management and office health and safety
• General office management (eg. ordering stationery, organising cleaning contactors, building maintenance, ordering office furniture/equipment, liaison with landlord/managing agent);

Experience/Skills Required:

• Previously worked in a similar office management role
• Proven people management/leadership skills
• Numerate with understanding of basic accounting procedures
• Good MS Office knowledge including Excel and Word
• Excellent communication skills with the confidence to liaise at all levels and with customers
• Team-leader, pro-active, highly organised and able to work calmly in a fast-paced, deadline driven environment
