Job title Administrator
Location Warrington

Key Responsibilities:

• Responsible for the booking of client appointments
• Client liaison via email, telephone and letter
• Dealing professionally, efficiently and appropriately with incoming communication including emails, mail and phone calls
• Preparation of relevant paperwork for clinics
• Typing and distribution of dictation reports within a timely manner
• Management of project databases, ensuring that information is accurate, up-to-date, that the system is meeting the needs of the Customer and delivery of SLA’s
• Production of client management information
• Monitor and produce a timely invoicing notification for Accounts department
• Overseeing the logistics of projects including booking rooms, liaising with scheduler and medical colleagues.
• General administration duties including; filing, photocopying, telephone answering
• Undertaking other duties as may reasonably be requested by the management team

Skills/Experience Required:

• Proven experience of working on all aspects of administration
• High level of customer service
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
• Efficiency, accuracy and attention to detail
• Self-motivated and willing to take initiative
• Aptitude to work without direct supervision
• Strong organisational skills
• Excellent IT skills including Excel, Word, Outlook, PowerPoint and Internet
