Delivery Support Analyst

Background:
RPS Water was jointly appointed in March 2017 to provide specialist leakage management services to Northern Ireland Water for 3 to 5 years.

It is recognised by Northern Ireland Water (NIW) that external assistance in detection activities may be required for the period of the contract, to meet targets in relation to both leakage reduction and maintenance. Through the Contract NIW intends to supplement existing resources for the detection of the unreported leaks in the water distribution network.

The focus of the Contract will be the reduction in leakage within a DMA. A target figure will be agreed for each DMA before work commences and payment will be based on the actual level reduced in accordance with the pricing schedule.

Purpose:
The successful candidate will be based in the RPS Belfast office with the principle responsibility to support the Delivery Manager and team members in the day to day field operations; this includes the input, implementation and management of all project documents.

Key Accountabilities:
Liaise with RPS Managers and NIW FM’s re new areas for RPS detection
Interrogation of Netbase (NIW database) for flow information for DMAs.
Use of Netbase to keep flows updated for in-house teams and Managers.
Daily/weekly interrogation and monitoring of DMA flows via Netbase
Data entry for all spreadsheets, including importing of flow data from NIW corporate systems. Completion of site paperwork for final review by RPS Managers/Team Leaders.
Daily updating of work programmes and input of DMA sign offs.
Filing and storage of DMA sign offs for field managers.
Daily compilation and distribution of RPS whereabouts reporting.
Collection and processing of weekly timesheets
Management of stock and responsibility for contract requisitions
Preparation of DMA maps, ensuring maps are correct
Preparation of entry pro-forma’s
Issue of DMA pack to RPS staff
To meet NIW’s requirements and complete reports for invoicing to NIW.
To coordinate the various departments of the company in regards to fulfilling IMS requirements.
To attend management review meetings, take minutes and ensure actions are addressed and closed out.
To maintain and control records and documents of the IMS.
To carry out other duties as required by Project Manager.
