RPS is a leading provider of specialist acoustic, noise & vibration consultancy services covering both environmental and building acoustics. We provide a complete range of acoustic consultancy at stages of a project's lifecycle which can include, planning application support, consultation and planning appeals to detailed design and compliance testing and monitoring.

We are looking for a junior administrator to join our team in Brighton.

Responsibilities:
• Typing/formatting letters and reports, copying and binding
• Assist with travel arrangements
• Reception, telephones, office diary, meet and great
• Ordering stationery, refreshments for the office
• Preparing conference rooms for meetings, refreshments
• Assisting the team with monthly financial cycle
• Ensuring that financial files are kept up-to-date

Essential Skills:
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office packages: Word, Excel essential.
• Excellent telephone manner and good communication skills essential.
• GCSE’s or above
