Project Manager

RPS Energy has been in operation in the Site Investigation and Survey industry for over 30 years. Our core capabilities have always been the provision of highly experienced geophysical, survey and geotechnical consultancy personnel. These services include geophysical survey and geotechnical site investigation management and support, regional and well specific geohazard interpretation, GIS, foundation engineering support and geodetics to the Energy sector.

Role Project Manager
Location Woking/Aberdeen

Role Outline

The role is to join RPS Energy’s specialist Technical Services team in Woking and Aberdeen, where you will undertake technical and operational project management, and/or geohazard interpretation. You will be part of a dynamic team of cross discipline specialists who work on projects around the world. The role will require a certain amount of travel to contractor, client and operational areas.

Main Responsibilities
• Project and client management of Site Investigation and Survey projects
• Support international business development
• Survey, GIS, CAD and/or geohazard interpretation

Suitable candidates will have had exposure to at least one of the following key areas:
• Operations project management
• Site Survey
• Geotechnical Site Investigation
• Geosciences
• Geodesy, Survey, GIS
RPS is interested in retraining and cross training of personnel to support multidisciplinary solutions

Experience Required
• Relevant degree/qualification in geophysics/geology/survey and/or site investigation
• Relevant industry experience
• Have a proven track record of working within the energy sector
• A dynamic self starter with the ability to work alone or as part of an integrated team
• Possess excellent communication skills.

Opportunities for temporary or permanent assignments overseas may be considered in the future where this is mutually desirable.
