About the Role
We are looking for a Senior Civil Engineer / Associate with proven experience in designing highways and civil engineering projects to join our Belfast office for projects in both the public and private sector. This role will be managing end to end projects across Northern Ireland, England, Scotland, Wales and ROI including attending consultation events, client and architectural meetings and instructing a team of Engineers. Whilst a hands on role you will also be reviewing the designs of the team and preparing tender documentation and contractual documents including Bills of Quantities. This role would suit someone seeking a Senior Engineer role. Equally if you are a Senior Engineer now, then this could be your chance to join us as an Associate – just evidence the required skills and experience and the opportunity is yours!

About You
Suitable candidates will have a degree in Civil Engineering and ideally be Chartered with ICE, IEI, IStructE or equivalent. You will possess a minimum of 5 years’ Civil Engineering experience , ideally designing highways,retail, commercial or residential projects using Civils 3D, MX Design or similar. Experience in using MS Project (or equivalent) would be a benefit to enable you to manage projects from end to end and you will need experience of successfully managing a team of Project Engineers. A confident, capable approach is required to attend client and project meetings and also to support others in their bids/business development activity.
