JOB TITLE: Receptionist

LOCATION: Dun Laoghaire, Co. Dublin
POSITION: Permanent / Full-time

We have an opportunity for a Receptionist / Administrator to join our team and provide support at our offices in South, Co. Dublin.

You will be joining a leading and highly respected multidisciplinary engineering, environmental, project communications and project management consultancy. The ideal candidate will have previous experience in front of house operations.

Key Responsibilities:
• Welcome and take care of clients and visitors attending the offices
• Answer, screen and direct all calls via switchboard
• Manage post and courier services
• Coordinate meeting rooms and ensure that they are prepared as needed
• Arrange VC bookings
• Visitor and parking arrangements
• General requests (i.e. taxi, lunch orders, etc.)
• Occasional admin support to the admin team, when required

Candidate Requirements:
• The successful candidate will have previous experience in a similar role with a minimum 2 years’ experience (ideally as a receptionist)
• MS Office proficiency is essential (formal MS Office qualification would be a distinct advantage)
• 60 WPM typing speed
• Professionally presented with excellent communication skills and strong customer service experience
• Positive can do attitude with strong attention to detail
• Ability to multitask and to work on own initiative
