Our area of the RPS UK Water Business focusses on asset management support and waste water drainage planning for water companies across the UK.

We are looking for an administrator to join our team at Grangemouth, this person must have a willingness to learn and work as part of a team in a busy, fast growing department.

Full training of internal systems & processes will be provided.

Role & Responsibilities will include:-

• General administration duties (filing, archiving, photocopying)
• Answering & forwarding telephone calls
• NRSWA co-ordination (Ensuring NRSWA notices are raised, opened and close in accordance with current legislation)
• Liaising with traffic management suppliers
• Production of site plans
• Digitalising site data/reports
• Support for the Project Team.

Working Hours

40 hours per week 8:30 – 17:00 Mon – Fri based at Grangemouth


Previous experience of using Microsoft office/ Microsoft outlook
Experience of working in an office environment


Previous experience working in the utilities/construction sector
Previous experience in NRSWA
Previous experience in the use of map info/infonet/GIS
